Yes, some of our clinicians offer both in-person and telehealth sessions depending on your needs and location. We encourage in-person sessions whenever possible.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just tired of doing it all alone—therapy is a good next step. You don’t need a crisis to benefit.
How often do we meet and for how long?
Most clients meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. We’ll adjust based on your needs, goals, and schedule.
What if I don't like my therapist?
Just let us know at info@emcounseling.org that you would like a shift or a change, and we will be more than happy to connect you with a clinician who is a better fit.
