A Place to Land, Share, and Not Feel Alone
Grief after suicide can be confusing, overwhelming, and isolating. Many teens are left with questions and emotions they don’t know how to express.
Gentle Ground is a structured, supportive group designed to help teens begin processing their grief in a safe and guided environment alongside others who understand.
What This Group Offers
- A safe space to share without pressure
- Support from a licensed clinician experienced in teen grief
- Connection with peers who have experienced similar loss
- Help processing complex emotions like guilt, anger, and confusion
- Tools to begin making sense of the loss and moving forward
Group Details
- Dates: June 15–19
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Format: 5 consecutive days (2 hours each day)
- Group Size: Limited to maintain a supportive environment

Who This Is For
Teens ages 13–17 who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide and are able to participate in a group setting.
A brief screening will be completed prior to participation to ensure the group is a good fit.
Cost & Registration
- $350 total per participant (full week commitment)
- $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a spot
- Remaining balance due prior to the start of the group
Group will run with a minimum of 5 participants.

Natalie is a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience working with youth and adolescents. She specializes in grief and emotional development, offering a warm and supportive space where teens can process difficult experiences and build resilience.
