Hi, I’m Jessica.
Many of the couples and individuals who reach out to me feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. You may find yourselves having the same argument over and over, feeling disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Even when there’s a desire to change things, it can feel like nothing really shifts.
In relationships, this might look like having the same argument over and over without resolution. One of you may shut down while the other keeps trying to get through. Things escalate quickly, or conversations go nowhere, and afterward you’re left feeling frustrated, misunderstood, or distant.
You might notice your reactions feel stronger than you expect, or that certain situations seem to hit the same nerve every time. Even when you’re trying to do things differently, you find yourself falling back into patterns that feel familiar but hard to change.
In our work together, we focus on slowing things down and understanding what’s driving these patterns so they can begin to shift. I work with both couples and individuals to create more stability, clarity, and connection, using approaches like EMDR and Gottman based work to support real, lasting change.

With individuals, we focus on understanding your experiences, recognizing how past experiences may still be influencing the present, and working toward change in a way that feels steady and manageable.
We’ll move at a pace that feels respectful, while still staying focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels more grounded, connected, and consistent.
