What is the point of the P.L.A.N Worksheet?
This free reflection worksheet is designed to help you slow down and thoughtfully look back on where you have been, while gently considering what you want to carry forward. There is no pressure to do this perfectly. You can move through it at your own pace and engage only with what feels supportive.
Making your P.L.A.N.
If possible, set aside about 30 minutes to give yourself some uninterrupted space. This is an invitation to slow down and focus on yourself, even briefly. You do not need to complete everything in one sitting. You can pause, reflect, or return to it later.
Choose a time and place where you feel relatively settled. Some people find it helpful to have a warm drink, a notebook, or a quiet environment. Engage with each section at your own pace and respond only to what feels safe and meaningful.
